At Amal University, we strive to ensure a positive learning experience. However, due to the digital nature of our courses, we have a limited refund policy as outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund within 7 days of your original purchase if:

  • You have not completed more than 20% of the course.

  • You provide a valid reason explaining your dissatisfaction or technical issue.

  • You request the refund via email at info@amaluniversity.com

  •  with your full name, course name, and order details.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • After 7 days from the purchase date

  • If more than 20% of the course has been completed

  • If the course was purchased on sale or with a discount code marked as non-refundable

  • If you’ve already downloaded or received a certificate of completion

  • If dissatisfaction is based on personal preferences without specific issues related to course content or technical problems

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at info@amaluniversity.com with the following:

  • Subject line: Refund Request

  • Full name and email address used to register

  • Course name

  • Order number or proof of payment

  • Reason for your refund request

We aim to process all eligible refund requests within 7 business days.

4. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback with your payment provider before contacting us for a refund may result in permanent account suspension.

5. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to change or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any modifications.
